After you have applied for online training via this form, I will send you an email to arrange a fitness consultation by phone. During our conversation, I will gather all the necessary information that I need to write your bespoke body program. We discuss things like your history, achievements, lifestyle, nutrition and goals. If you’re happy to use Skype/FaceTime then we can do a postural analysis, if you would prefer to use a photo, I have the latest digital postural analysis software, so whatever you feel more comfortable with.

Armed with information from the phone consultation, I can design your bespoke program. The exercises I prescribe will be based on your goals, exercise history, posture, injuries and preferences (if you hate running, I’m not going to ask you to run). The duration and frequency of your exercise sessions will be based on your work, travel, family and social life. Exercise MUST be consistent, if the program is not realistic, achievable and fun, you will not achieve your goals and that is not an option!

When your training plan is complete, I will send you the app link or alternatively search for Bespoke Body Fitness on Apple Store and Google Play. The app will allow you to message me directly, check your training calendar, see your program with video demonstrations, check your stats, monitor your progress, set personal bests and see your meal plans.

Once you have the app, you can login with the details I have created for you and then you’re good to go. I’ll be monitoring your progress and maintaining communication with you, if you’re not happy with something or I feel the program needs to be tweaked, progressed or completely overhauled I can do it. Remember, this is a personal training service, not a generic printout.
