YOUR BESPOKE PT PLAN
I provide 1-1 and 2-1 personal training in the privacy of my own Gym. During this hour long session we work through your individual exercise program which has been specifically designed for you. Your exercise program is bespoke to your own body goals and I use a variety of equipment as well as your own body weight to achieve your targets.
In order to design your program, I carry out an initial consultation which includes a professional postural analysis to help me understand your fitness background, strengths, weaknesses, flexibility and is a great opportunity to get to know you better and be mindful of any sustained injuries.
These sessions are held in my Beaconsfield Gym on an individual basis (1:1) or with a partner (2:1) Each exercise is specifically curated with your body goals in mind. I make sure you perform each exercise correctly, without injury, and ensure you are able to build upon your current strength and improve on your general fitness.
